Amazing dental practice, couldn't recommend more, especially for anyone who has a real nervousness about visiting the dentist.

They are the loveliest team and really help to put you at ease for any treatment. The surroundings also feel very different from the normal dentist which helps to make visits feel calmer! I have had a few fillings, scale and polishes and braces with them. They really take the time to talk through your options and make sure you're getting the best care. I also find the prices reasonable for a private practice!

So I first came to M20 when my previous dentist could not help with a severe abscess. From my first visit, everything was explained to me, so I never felt like I was unaware, or ignored. All treatments were planned in advance and although drastic measures were taken to correct the abscess, it was quickly fixed. Feel like more than a client and I cannot recommend strongly enough.

Exactly how a dentist should be – professional, a modern clean environment, high standards, informative and communicative. I am very happy with all aspects of my treatment from the initial consultation right through to the end product. Along the way the staff made the whole process smooth with appointment reminders and last but not least, they are all very professional and personable people.

I was very happy with the dental treatment - and with the whole customer experience. Dr Hare and all the staff were professional and friendly to deal with. I was very impressed that on my first visit, just to enquire about options for some complex treatment, I had a free consultation with the dentist himself (unlike other places where you have to pay just to talk to a dentist, or get a free consultation with a non-dentist). Dr Hare talked me through what he proposed and they gave me a detailed and costed Treatment Plan at the end of that first ever visit. I have since had that treatment and I'm very pleased with the result.

Highly professional and friendly staff that takes good care of their patients. After the first check up, I was offered a treatment plan and more importantly different options I could choose from, taking into account the urgency and the budget I had. I never felt like I was sold something that I didn't actually need. I would definitely recommend this practice.

can't recommend M20 highly enough, as I have been to many friends. I'd suffered from crowded teeth for many years, and at 38 years old finally decided to take the plunge as I was living and working round the corner.I opted for the FastBraces solution, and 10 months later I can smile confidently for the first time in my adult life. Their work is tremendous and very good value for money. The prices were made all more reasonable when you see what a professional, modern and stylish set-up they have, all in a prime location.The staff are very professional and courteous, while still retaining quite a nice informal atmosphere which is extra comfortable and relaxing.

Just had work done by Mr Hare. I needed two crowns. I am a nervous patient with a low threshold of pain. I’m a wuss. So, I attended with great anxiety but to my total astonishment the whole procedure was pain-free: the injection and the drilling ... all if it was done whilst I casually watched The Avengers on the screen suspended above me.I cannot praise Mr Hare, Catherine and Kelly enough for their immense skill and warm support. M20 Dental is a great local asset.

The receptionist and dental nurse are always really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The emphasis is on putting the patient at their ease so that the whole experience is made as pleasant as it's possible to make it. The dental surgeons take time with the patients. They are kind and gentle and consult the patient constantly for preferences. It is possible to get the full range of treatments you would wish, along with advice and discussion. You never come away feeling you have been talked into something. Alternatives and prices are discussed up front before the course of treatment has begun. It's this very personal approach as well as the skills of the dentists that make this the very successful surgery it obviously is. I leave each appointment with the knowledge that my teeth are in the very best of hands!
